EARLY BIGI

Early bigi is a variety that ripens 5 days before B. Burlat. In normal conditions the size is from 27-32 mm. and the weight is 8-10g. The color of the fruit is dark red on the outside and pink-red on the inside, its taste is considered average quality but it is satisfactory for the harvest season. Its hardness is medium to hard and the stem size is small to medium.
